Happy New Year!

After a year of ups and downs, of accomplishments and a few disappointments, of hellos and sad goodbyes, 2007 is at last over. I hope everybody has a safe and happy 2008! If I haven't texted or called yet, don't be offended (please? ^^() )

This year, I have two simple resolutions:

1. Get at least one of my short stories published, by any means necessary.
2. Find an agent to help me get my novel published.

I know I could just self-publish, but... I want to do it traditionally. I want to go through the agony and heartbreak, just so that in a few years I can walk into Borders and find a ragged copy of my novel on the shelf. I want that experience, that satisfaction, and there's no time better to get started than now.
